Task 4 aims at synthesizing the results obtained in general guidelines on how a cluster randomized trial assessing a complex health intervention should be conducted: Which data should be gathered to define the population to be analyzed at the final step? How should the analysis population be defined? Which statistical method should be used to estimate an adjusted risk difference?
The guidelines will be drawn in a synergistic way, by involving the two task leaders and associate researchers. They will be then presented first to the statistical scientific advisory board but also to external experts, notably experts in complex population health interventions.
